WHO WILL MY CUSTOMER BE & HOW DO I GET THEM?

dust mites in bed cartoon
"I told you to call SaniClean Systems!!!"

Anyone with beds, pillows, or furniture, but, we will guide you into the more lucrative areas of mattress sanitizing and cleaning. An example would be up-scale homes; they are generally more educated and very health conscious and aware of health issues.  They have the discretionary income to afford it, and will get their mattresses sanitized regularly as well as getting their furniture cleaned and sanitized.  These homes will always be your main market especially at first.  They are the easiest to get to.

We at SaniClean systems will show you how to get into their home to make a presentation, and once there how to seal the sale.  We call it the YUK factor.  You will be able to show them exactly what's in their mattresses with a very quick demonstration.   Once they see what you pulled out of there mattress it will be hard for them to get back into that bed with out having it cleaned and sanitized first.

We will also show you a system that will have certain businesses get business for you.  These businesses will be able to get you more business than you can handle.

Businesses:

Such as hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts are certainly ones you should eventually consider going after.  Think about this.  Smoking rooms are becoming less available as hotels go toward smoke free environments even though many hotels still offer them.  People are becoming more health conscious.

Also it is important to remember that about every 4th person that comes to the hotel has allergies or asthma.

So What if a hotel offered Allergy Free Hygienically Clean Rooms?  Rooms that have had their mattresses and furniture sanitized, as well as their carpet treated. You would leave table tents (which is included in our package) in the room that explain that the room has been hygienically cleaned and treated with an anti-allergen treatment. If the hotel took 10% of their rooms and made them allergy free hygienically clean rooms, and then charged $10.00 a night more for those rooms they could make a substantial increase in income.  Let's say they had 200 rooms and took 20 rooms to be allergy free hygienically clean rooms.  20 times $10 is $200.  $200 times 300 days, which is an 80 percent occupancy rate, would equal $60,000 in extra income.  If you charged $75.00 to sanitize those 20 rooms every 4 months, that would net you $4,500. And they may decide to have all their rooms cleaned once a year this way.  Plus you can sell the anti-allergen spray that we offer with our package to the hotel for the maids to spray on the mattresses and furniture once a month while they are cleaning the room.

So $4,500 from $60,000 would give them a net increase of $55,500.  If they charged only $5 extra instead of $10 they would still net $25,500.  Most hotel managers would love to find a way to increase sales by $25,500 to $55,500 a year.

College dorms are another possibility.  Twice a year they have new kids moving.  Those mattresses should be sanitized.  RV parks with travel trailers and motor homes all have beds in them, truck stops; truckers have sleeping compartments that can be sanitized.   National Guard armories, even prisons are a possibility. Health care facilities, such as nursing homes, retirement centers, camp ground facilities with cottages, are just some of the other commercial businesses available.

All this potential business and we haven't even taken into account furniture cleaning and sanitizing.  Furniture is in all these homes and most of these businesses.  It should be part of your cleaning and sanitizing process.
