SANICLEAN SYSTEMS® HAS THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE MATTRESS CLEANING AND SANITIZING SYSTEM IN THE INDUSTRY

Our Package Is A Complete Cleaning & Sanitizing System: Not Just A Mattress Sanitizing Business.

mattress cleaning business sanitizing chart

It is amazing that the place that we go to, to get well when we are sick is the most unclean and unhealthy area in the home, "our beds," unless they have been sanitized.

Read the information thoroughly, we have provided a great deal of information for you, so you can decide if this is a business that you would like to pursue. We have also provided some short videos so you can see how easy and versatile the equipment is to use.  No other company in the mattress cleaning industry offers the system or equipment that we do.

Before we get into what a great opportunity this business offers, we need to bring your attention to some important facts about mattress cleaning and sanitizing.

  • Fact 1, as you have probably found out sanitizing a mattress is extremely important to help control allergy and asthma symptoms, as well as decontaminating the bed of germs, spores, bacteria, viruses, bedbugs, dust mites, and more. But it is equally important to clean and sanitize the furniture, and carpeting as well. 60 percent of dust mites and other pathogens are found in the mattress, 20 percent in the furniture, and 20 percent in the carpet.  Treating all these area is the only way you are going to have a substantial effect in eliminating these contaminants and the suffering that goes along with them.  It is also the most lucrative way to run this new business.

  • Fact 2, there are several ways to sanitize; some are much more effective than others.

  • Fact 3, sanitizing is not cleaning, as in getting rid of the dirt or stains, it's only sanitizing.

  • Fact 4, if you are selling just mattress cleaning you are leaving way too much money on the table, and are not really giving your customers the relief they need. There is a much better way to do this, and make a lot more money in the process.

  • Fact 5, yes you should treat the carpet as well as cleaning and sanitizing the mattresses and furniture. Our carpet treatment system is easy to do, and uses our new anti-allergen vacuum system as well as the patented Allergy Relief Treatment which neutralizes any allergens left in the carpet. This treatment will last about six months, which is when a new cleaning should be scheduled. You will have a business that is easier to sell, because you are treating the whole house not just the mattresses (which is the right way to do it, and with our new marketing program you will have no competition).

If you are interested in this business then you have no doubt looked at some of the other companies offering to sell a mattress cleaning (sanitizing) business.

You may have also noticed that all of these companies are basically addressing mattress sanitizing, with little if any emphasis on the furniture and none on carpeted areas, where a large amount of dust mites and other pathogens are found.   And none of them actually addresses cleaning anything, (other than vacuuming).  They only sanitize, and they do that with a ultra-violet light, which brings us to another important fact.  Why?

Read the below excerpt on the questionable effects of Ultra-Violet light on dust mite and their allergens to see why we don't use ultra-violet light

9/24/04 re: Effects of UV-light on dust mites
Q I am the nurse specialist/clinical coordinator for a large community-based health initiative in Central Harlem. Recently a company offered to donate some of their services to families enrolled in our program. This company uses ultraviolet treatment to kill dust mites in mattresses and bedding. I am not familiar with this treatment, and I was unable to find any articles about this method. To your knowledge, is there any scientific data to support this method of killing dust mites?
A

I was not personally aware of any data concerning UV light effects on dust mites. Therefore, I consulted Dr. Peyton Eggleston, an expert in the environmental control of dust mites and other indoor allergens. I had to await his response which is now enclosed below.

Dr. Eggleston's response:

Ultraviolet light is known to damage or kill living organisms, so, theoretically artificial light could kill house dust mites and reduce the allergens that they produce. High intensity UV light modifies proteins as well, so it is possible that UV light might render an allergen contaminated sheet non-allergenic. Having said that, I am not aware that anyone has actually demonstrated that UV light changes allergens-no matter how intense the UV light. An Australian investigator demonstrated that airing blankets in the sunlight killed house dust mites, but he also measured temperature and humidity in the blankets. Mites are killed by high temperatures and low humidity, and he demonstrated that the temperature and humidity in the blankets could have explained the mite death that he observed. So the bottom line is that it is possible for UV light to decrease house dust mite allergen, but there is no proof that it actually does.

SaniClean Systemes does not use ultra-violet light to sanitize, for the above as well as the following reasons:

  1. Ultra-Violet light only sanitizes the surface where the light hits.  Dust Mites, Bacteria, Mold Spores, Germs, and Viruses live in the mattress, not many live on top of the mattress.  Same is true of furniture and carpeting.  Since the light can't pass through the cover and into the stuffing or padding, those contaminates are left there to grow and multiply.
  2.  It takes up to 30 seconds of continuous exposure of the light to (possibly) kill or render ineffective most of these contaminates.  So to do a thorough job of decontamination, you would have to move the light over the mattress very slowly to be effective.  These lights are not very large and it would take you quite a while to sanitize a large mattress on both sides.  Many of these lights are hand held and have to be held about 6 to 8 inches above the mattress or furniture to be effective.  This would be quite tedious to do.  Ultra-violet lights mounted on the vacuum cleaner models would be easier to use on the mattress, but to be effective you still have to go so slowly that it may not be good for the mattress cover with the beater bar going over the same area for 20 or 30 seconds at a time.  Plus those models are almost useless for furniture or curtains because they are too bulky and heavy, that's why they are self-propelled.  You would have to attach an accessory hose and detail tool which is cumbersome at best on these models.  Again, the light can not penetrate the covers so any contaminates not vacuumed up or lying on top of the mattress will be left behind to grow and multiply.
  3. Ultra-violet light can be dangerous.  Bare skin and eyes must be protected when using it.  It is a form of radiation.  Using the light every day, how often do you think you will be accidentally exposed over the course of a year or so?  We prefer to not expose ourselves to any potential danger, especially given the fact that it is not the most effective way to address the problem.
  4. Ultra-violet lights can be broken; care must be taken when transporting and using them.
  5. Ultra-violet lights also contain mercury which is a health hazard.  What would happen if you broke one on a customer's mattress, contaminating it with glass and mercury?
  6. None of the companies except ours can actually clean mattresses, furniture, leather, carpet, and many other things, as well as sanitize them. Ultra-violet light can only sanitize, it cannot clean anything, and it can only sanitize things on the surface.  Our system will allow you to advertise and do actual mattress and furniture cleaning and sanitizing, as well as decontaminating and treating carpeted areas. You will be able to sanitize and clean anything in the home.  This increases your potential income substantially.
SaniClean uses Chemical Free Dry Vapor Steam to Clean and Sanitize

Below is an excerpt from a study on steam and its effects on dust mites, allergens, dander & pollen.

From a study at Bandolier, (click here for source) an independent journel based on healthcare and written by Oxford Scientists.
“Not only does steam cleaning kill dust mites, but it also decomposed the allergens generated from them." It also decomposes the allergens from dog and cat dander, and pollen.
Dust mites, fleas, bed bugs, silverfish, e-coli, bacteria, and other pathogens are killed at temperatures from 135 degrees to 165 degrees. Since our machine produces temperatures at twice that, these pathogens are instantly destroyed.

The SaniClean system is designed to deeply penetrate the mattress and kill all contaminates instantly. The dead contaminants are then extracted out of the mattress. During the process the mattress is actually cleaned not just sanitized. The process can include stain and odor removal.

Cleans and Sanitizes with DRY STEAM VAPOR.  Dry Steam Vapor molecules are smaller and hotter than steam.  Dry Steam Vapors penetrate deeper, cleans and sanitizes BETTER THAN STEAM.  Dry Steam Vapor is 95% dry; very little moisture is left after cleaning.  It KILLS ALL PATHOGENS instantly.  Extremely SAFE to use and uses NO CHEMICALS.

Here are the benefits of the SaniClean System:

  • It will penetrate deep into mattresses, furniture, and other stuffed items.
  • Kills all contaminates instantly on contact and then is extracted out.
  • The machine is easy, safe, fast, and actually fun to use.
  • The mattress is dry when you are done, and you use no chemicals
  • Our system can be used to sanitize and clean everything in the house and gets into nooks and crannies where bedbugs, lice, dust mites, and other creatures live. Other cleaning devices cannot get into these areas, and are really useless in killing many of them anyway.
  • Our system not only sanitizes, but cleans. It can clean everything from mattresses and furniture to carpeting, from kitchen stoves to tile and grout floors, from counter tops to toilets and more. Our machines are awesome sanitizing and cleaning machines.
  • Our system can remove dirt and stains that other methods could only hope to do, and normally without using any chemicals.
  • The machines are lightweight and very easy to use.

With the "health and wellness" boom, the national media coverage of the increased risk of indoor pollution on our health, the growing epidemic growth of Asthma and Allergy problems especially in children, along with the nationwide movement for chemical free cleaning, this will be one of the best home-based business opportunities to get into for the foreseeable future.

So if you are interested in the newest and most effective way to chemically-free clean and sanitize, and get in on the ground floor of one of the best new business opportunities in the United States, then read on.
